As a Green Building Consultant, you will conduct site assessments, identify performance gaps, and develop sustainable retrofit plans. Your work will guide clients through energy-efficient upgrades, permitting processes, funding opportunities, and LEED-compliant renovations. You will also monitor post-renovation performance using IoT tools and prepare reports on energy savings and GHG reductions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Expertise in construction, building science, and energy efficiency

  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and green building standards (LEED, etc.)

  • Strong project management and client coordination skills

  • Ability to develop actionable retrofit and sustainability plans

BIM and Structural Design Technologist
